The original of a statement of arms and ammunition which passed through Hongkong in transit to China during the fi rst half of 1940 was forwarded by the Colonial Office to the Foreign Office and by the Foreign Office to the Commercial Relations and Treaties Department of the Board of Trade and by that Department to the Ministry of Economic Warfare.
